Not to mention the emotional part that can be experienced throughout the process. We found Aaron to be: a good listener and ask questions to understand our needs, did a nice job of helping us put everything into perspective when those unexpected things came up throughout the process which his insight and/or suggestions on how to move forward were very helpful, his understanding of the process and what needs to be done by when helped to make the experience less stressful and completed in a timely manner too.
